For warranty exchange information please email us at support@hvac-outlet.com . We will still honor the one year warranty exchange for any purchase made through us over the last 12 months. Each warranty is based off of the

purchase date. On March 2nd 2013, at midnight, we will no longer be accepting warranty exchanges.
