Returns & Replacements

You may return unopened and unused items purchased at Venstaroutlet.com (an HVAC-Outlet.com,LLC owned site) within 15 days of the original delivery. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping costs. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 to 10 business days of receiving the returned item. For items being exchanged, we will replace the item as quickly as possible. Items returned without packaging will be assessed a 20% restocking fee.

*The following items may not be returned:
Opened Items. Items that are damaged by customers mishandling or improper installation of the product(s). Items that are partially used. Items that have been installed. Items that are clearanced, used, and/or sold "as-is."Special order items cannot be returned for a refund under any circumstance. Special order items that are defective will be exchanged for the exact item only.

Ordering from Venstaroutlet.com can be accomplished through the online catalog with the websites virtual terminal or by contacting us by phone at 1-866-991-HVAC (4822).

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We accept payments through PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Our PayPal processer can process AMEX, MC, VISA, DISCOVER, and eCheck. eCheck payments take up to five (5) days to process and will slow the delivery of your product, as we will wait until the funds have cleared before we ship the product out. On large orders, $1,000 USD or more, there can be a temporary hold on the delivery of the product until the funds have cleared the banks as well. Once the funds have cleared most products, shipped within the US, are at the customers doorstep within three business days if shipped by USPS Priority mail.

We strive to bring you the best price on the products we carry. At times we offer special discounts and coupons to our customers. Most sales and coupons are subject to time constraints. Sales and discounts can end at our discretion without prior notification to our customers. Promotions will be honored within the promotional periods. While we may make exceptions at times we are not obligated to uphold any promotions past the promotional periods.

Viewing Orders

To view your orders (past and present) simply log into http://www.venstaroutlet.com and click on the "Log In" link in the upper right hand corner of the site. Once you are logged in click on your order under the "Recent Orders" heading. Here you will find all of your order details and be able to print your receipt and reorder the same product.

Updating Account Information

Editing your account information is handled from the "Account Dashboard" after you successfully log in through the "Log-In" link in the upper right hand corner of the main site page. Once you are logged in click the "Account Dashboard" link on the left hand side. Here you can edit your contact information, subscribe and unsubscribe from the news letter, and change and manage your addresses. You will also find other useful links within "My Account." Including; My Wishlist, My Tags, and My Product Reviews.
